  • Monitoring compliance with company procedures and CDM Regulations.
  • Assisting with client audits and external inspections.
  • Building strong working relationships with site management, subcontractors and clients.
What We're Looking For

  • Experience working on heavy civils, reinforced concrete, pumping stations, infrastructure or similar projects.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
  • Good understanding of CDM Regulations and current HSE legislation.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence site teams.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
What's On Offer
  • Permanent position with a secure and growing contractor.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Company car or car allowance.
  • Pension and additional benefits.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Excellent long-term career progression.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted to make a real impact on major civil engineering projects while developing your career with a respected contractor, we'd love to hear from you.
