You will manage day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, quality and programme delivery while engaging residents and client representatives.
The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record in refurbishment within occupied properties.
