Contract Type – Permanent

8.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday - 1 Hour lunch break (No Weekends)

, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, and motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems), this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

What We Offer

• Uncapped earnings – with an OTE of £36,000

Your Role

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
• Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards
