Club Play Leader

Overview

Let’s Play is looking for individuals to deliver various activities during school holiday weeks at Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre, Leamington Spa. Sessions are designed for children aged 5 to 12 and aim to be fun, inclusive and educational.

• Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment and deliver the coaching programme to a high standard.
• Follow our coaching philosophy:
  Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
• Understand and engage with the individual needs of children; adapt activities accordingly.
• Manage first aid/emergency situations and liaise with parents/carers as needed.
• Be creative, passionate and committed to delivering the best possible session.

• Keen interest and passion for working with primary-aged children.
• Willingness to develop coaching skills; punctual, reliable and committed.
• Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to interact well with children, teachers and parents.
• Preferred: clean UK driver’s license; experience in childcare; willingness to deliver other activities (Arts & Crafts, Multi-Sports); completed courses at Sixth Form, College or University.

Let’s Play is an Ofsted-registered childcare provider delivering holiday camps for children aged 5-12. We are expanding across the South East and Midlands and follow a philosophy of Fun, Inclusive & Educational sessions.
