Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, highly motivated and flexible Early Years Practitioner, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, who can work both independently and as part of a team in our friendly, successful pre‑school to ensure our children reach their best possible outcomes.

26th January 2026 (or as close as possible, depending on your notice period).

The role is 30 hours per week. Term – time only (39 weeks). £13.47 per hour.

• Minimum Level 2 EYE qualification.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum.

You will be asked to perform a short task with a small group of children, followed by an interview with the Preschool Manager and a Trustee.
