Teaching Assistant Level 2

Overview

Teaching Assistant – Level 2 SEND. Fixed-term contract from as soon as possible to July 2026, in the first instance.

Campion School, Leamington Spa. Band F, scp 7-10 (F:7 £ 26,403 to F:10 £ 28,142 full-time salary). 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term-time only, plus five days). Actual starting salary commencing on F:7 is £19,352 per annum after pro rata.

• Join our friendly and proactive SEND team to work with KS3 and KS4 students, both in mainstream lessons and the school’s Learning Support Area to assist in the teaching and support of SEND students, both one-to-one and in small groups.

• Energetic, organised and proactive colleague with a positive attitude.
• A good level of literacy and numeracy skills is required.
• A relevant qualification, or previous experience of working in a similar environment, would be an advantage.
• Although previous experience is not absolutely necessary, training will be given.
