About the role

Justteachers Supply Agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time PE Teacher for a long-term placement at a partner secondary school in Leamington Spa, commencing in September 2026. This role is expected to run for the full academic year, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Based in Leamington Spa, the school has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and supports secondary‑aged students. It is known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong leadership team, making it an excellent place to develop your teaching career.

• Delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons across a range of sports and activities
• Promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students
• Assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress
• Organising and supporting extracurricular sports clubs and school teams
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive environment during practical lessons

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Physical Education at secondary level, ideally up to GCSE
• Strong behaviour management skills, particularly in practical settings
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Two professional references, ideally from within an educational setting
