We are seeking a Lecturer in Land Based Engineering with industry experience to deliver high quality vocational education in a supportive further education environment.

The successful Lecturer will teach and support learners across a range of land-based engineering programmes, delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, and helping students develop the practical skills and knowledge required for employment within the industry.

The successful Lecturer in Land Based Engineering will have:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline such as forestry, horticulture or agriculture
• GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English, or the willingness to achieve these qualifications
• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work toward one
• Previous experience teaching at the relevant level and subject is desirable
• Strong administrative, organisational and IT skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic approach with the ability to inspire learners and achieve targets
