Teacher Active is working with a supportive and well-respected mainstream secondary school in Leamington Spa, seeking to appoint an English Teacher from September. The school provides a welcoming environment where staff are valued and supported, with a strong focus on high-quality teaching and learning.

The school is looking to appoint an English Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for the full teaching role, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment, while delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

• Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan and prepare lessons, assess student progress, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to teaching.
• The ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
