Cover Supervisor

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work at a Secondary School in Leamington Spa. The school is committed to creating a nurturing environment where they pride themselves on having a high level of inclusivity and having high expectations for their students.

Our partnership school require an experienced Cover Supervisor to support in a Secondary School. Requirements will include supporting a pre-planned lesson and overseeing the work set out by the Class Teacher.

This role is to start in September and last until the end of the academic year.

• Collecting completed work at the end of the lesson and returning it to the regular teacher.
• Ensuring pupils remain on task with pre-set work. Collecting the completed work and returning it to the regular teacher.
• Reporting back to the class teacher on student progress, behaviour, or any incidents that occurred during the lesson.
• Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment

• Degree or similar qualification
• Experience working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)

• £100-£120 per day, equating to £19,500 to £23,400 per annum. (Based on experience)

This Cover Supervisor position is in Leamington Spa, which is easily commutable from Coventry, Kenilworth, and Southam. The school offers on-site parking and is well-connected by public transport links across Coventry.
