• Lead mechanical engineering activities across multi-disciplinary product development projects
• Deliver innovative mechanical solutions using CAD, CAE and analytical modelling
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines and client communication
• Mentor and support junior Mechanical Engineers, reviewing and guiding their work
• Develop prototypes and test rigs using both low-volume and high-volume manufacturing technologies
• Work closely with electronics, software, design and research teams to integrate mechanical systems
• Support the full product lifecycle from feasibility and concept generation through to manufacturing and launch

• Degree (1st or 2:1) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer or Product Development Engineer
• Proven background in product design, mechanical development, CAD/CAE
  , engineering analysis and prototyping
• Experience working with a range of materials and manufacturing processes, including injection moulding and rapid prototyping
• Ability to lead engineering work streams and manage client relationships
• Demonstrated success delivering complex mechanical engineering solutions
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills with a creative, practical approach
