Ricardo is seeking a Principal Mechanical Development Engineer to lead powertrain and transmission development across automotive, industrial and marine projects. Based at Shoreham-by-Sea or Leamington Spa, you will work onsite with flexibility for occasional travel and other Ricardo sites.
You will manage projects, run DFMEA/DVP activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and sponsor design validation plans while applying CAE/CFD techniques and hands-on testing.
