Finance Administrator - Entry Level

You’ll join our friendly Finance Operations team and gain hands‑on experience across expenses, accounts payable and credit control while contributing to meaningful work.

• Review, process and pay employee expense claims and corporate card transactions in line with policy.
• Help process supplier invoices, complete reconciliations and support timely, accurate payments.
• Assist with chasing payments, allocating cash and responding to customer queries.
• Work with colleagues across financial control, accounting and billing as your experience grows.

• Recent graduate/college leaver with an interest in finance.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and proactive.
• Confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Excel familiarity is a plus (we’ll help you build from there).
