Up to £60,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus + existing clients and lead opportunities

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join our friendly and collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to combine the warmth and flexibility of a family‑owned firm with the support and resources of The Openwork Partnership LLP.

You will work with some of our existing clients, benefit from warm introductions to new clients, whilst developing your own client bank and professional connections.

• You will provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and later‑life planning. You will inherit a small portfolio of clients for ongoing servicing, while also developing new relationships through referrals and your own professional network.

• Ability to listen, understand and make complicated situations simple

• Proven empathy and adaptability, in particular with client Estate Planning needs
• Confidence to build working relationships with fellow professionals and networking communities
• Embrace opportunities, be consistent and authentic
• A client‑first approach and the ambition to grow within a successful business
• At least 18 months’ experience providing regulated financial advice
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection planning
• Understanding of corporate financial planning needs for Company Directors
• Experience of Inheritance Tax case work and use of Trusts
• Diploma qualified status, such as DipFA, DipPFS or equivalent
