- Ensure timely delivery of key management information, reporting, forecasting processes and financial analysis to support effective decision-making.
- Ensure financial governance, statutory compliance, regulatory reporting and the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Maximise the effective use of technology to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee the daily activities of a small Finance Team while providing financial guidance and support across the wider organisation.
- Build effective relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, HMRC and professional advisers.
- An Accounting Qualification is preferable but not a pre-requisite.
- Previous finance leadership experience, able to support other team members with their duties and responsibilities.
- Strong commercial, operational and strategic finance expertise with experience of financial planning, reporting and governance.

- Experience overseeing financial controls, forecasting, management information and finance processes.
