Work Pattern:
Hybrid – 3 days a week in office

Salary: up to £45,000

We are looking for a BI Analyst based in the Midlands for a new role going live in the New Year. You should have creative dashboarding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take large data sets and turn them into insights that positively aid decision making within the business. A deep understanding of transactional data, as well as experience with churn analysis and predictive analytics, is required.

You must be comfortable presenting analysis findings in a clear and meaningful way to key stakeholders. The company uses AWS Quicksight as its BI tool, so you should be willing to cross‑train to this from Power

BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. Previous Quicksight experience is not required.

• Delivery of dashboards and insights for clients
• Recommend growth strategy based on data analysis and insight provision
• Creation of specific dashboards based on specification, ongoing management and improvement of these
• Recommend new features and improvements to analytics offering
• Provide insight and analytics on marketing campaigns

• Dashboard design and creation in current tools (Power
  
  BI, Looker, etc.)
• Predictive analytics experience
• Strong presentation and stakeholder skills
• Experience in a marketing agency is useful, as is experience with marketing, customer or audience data
