Leamington Spa (Office & Hybrid)
A growing digital team near Leamington Spa is looking for a Junior–Mid UX/UI Designer who’s eager to learn, contribute, and develop their craft. If you’ve already built a solid foundation in UX and UI design and want a role where you can grow alongside experienced designers and developers, this could be a great next step.
Responsibilities- Supporting the design of user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Creating clean, intuitive UI designs for web and digital products
- Working closely with developers to understand how designs come to life
- Helping maintain design systems and component libraries
- Getting involved in user research and turning insights into design improvements
- Some hands‑on experience in UX Design and UI Design (commercial or portfolio‑based)
- Confidence creating wireframes, mock‑ups, and visual design assets
- A good understanding of HTML and CSS
- A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just the final visuals
- Real responsibility from day one, with room to grow into more complex projects
