Casual Caretaker

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a reliable and practical Casual Caretaker to join our team on an as and when needed basis. This role will be based at Trinity Catholic School This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Duties may include:

• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
• Setting up rooms for events and activities
• Monitoring site safety and security
• Supporting the school with general caretaking tasks
• Liaising with contractors when required
• Is dependable and able to work independent
• Has good practical and DIY skills
• Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is flexible and willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or during school holidays

Previous caretaking, maintenance, or site management experience would be beneficial, but not essential., This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
