Continental 4 on / 4 off (07:00 –19:00 & 19:00 – 07:00)
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (increases to £13.60 per hour once trained on FLT Counterbalance) or £13.60 if you already have an external accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence

Empowered Personnel are recruiting Production Operatives to join a global, expanding manufacturing and recycling facility based in Leamington Spa.

This is a hands on, physically active position, ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, machinery operation, and production support in a factory based environment.

Production Operative

Job Role:

You will play a key role in the day to day running of a large scale production facility by moving materials, supporting machine operations, and maintaining site cleanliness and efficiency.

Operate machinery and support production teams in daily operations
Replenish materials and supplies across production areas
Relocate raw materials, recycled products, and waste streams to designated processing or storage points
Assist in machine minding, monitoring output, and maintaining quality standards
Participate in weekly shutdowns for industrial cleaning of the plant which is scheduled within your rota and is         mantatory as part of your role

FLT Training & Development

After successfully completing your 12 week temporary position and become permanent, you will:

Receive full FLT Counterbalance training (including clamp and rotator attachments)
Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to move materials, stillage’s, and equipment across the site

Key Requirements

Physically fit and comfortable with manual and industrial tasks
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or recycling environment preferred
Willingness to work continental shifts - 4 on / 4 off (2 days 7am to 7pm and 2 nights on 7pm to 7am followed by 4 days off
Strong awareness of health and safety protocols
