Immediate Start available. Leamington Spa.

Shifts:

Continental 4 on / 4 off (07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00).

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (increases to £13.60 once trained on FLT Counterbalance) or £13.60 if you already have an external accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence.

Duration:
Temp to Perm position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate machinery and support production teams in daily operations.
• Replenish materials and supplies across production areas.
• Relocate raw materials, recycled products, and waste streams to designated processing or storage points.
• Assist in machine minding, monitoring output, and maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in weekly shutdowns for industrial cleaning of the plant scheduled within your rota.
• Move materials, stillages, and equipment across the site using FLT Counterbalance trucks.

After successfully completing your 12‑week temporary position and becoming permanent, you will receive full FLT Counterbalance training (including clamp and rotator attachments) and operate FLT Counterbalance trucks across the site.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual and industrial tasks.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or recycling environment preferred.
• Willingness to work continental shifts – 4 on / 4 off.
• Strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
