Account Manager
Leamington Spa(Hybrid: Tuesday to Thursday in the office)
Full-time
• Salary £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience

What you’ll do Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, being their go‑to for campaign updates and advice.
  • Deliver regular client communications, with support from the Account Director, including leading calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Compile and present status reports, campaign timelines, and results updates.
  • Stay abreast of sector trends, policy changes, and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events, building a strong network to support growth and client development.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Translate client briefs into concise internal direction for teams, with a clear focus, deadlines and expected deliverables.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns across media channels, with a clear understanding of the impact of each, and their purpose for the campaign. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in both deployment and reporting.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists, providing direction to develop media plans that meet client objectives within budget parameters.
  • Look to opportunities to stretch client thinking and budget, with innovative media solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell creative, measurement, and other non‑media solutions.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor live campaigns and performance KPIs, suggesting opportunities to optimise, and ensuring implementation.
  • Work with teams to create and deliver post‑campaign analysis with clear actionable insights that influence future campaign direction.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations with clarity and confidence, a clear understanding of what has worked and why, and what could be improved or changed. Pre‑empt potential client questions and be prepared to discuss in detail.
Project & Team Coordination
  • Manage campaign timelines and internal workflows, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Support junior team members as needed, reviewing their work output and offering guidance and mentoring.
  • Ensure that budgets are tracked and invoicing and billing accuracy is maintained.
Operational Effectiveness
  • Maintain up‑to‑date timesheets and be accountable for team delivery.
  • Ensure financial diligence is maintained, and that client approvals and Purchase Orders are saved in relevant locations and match against corresponding invoices.
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant experience within media or marketing agency roles.
  • Deep understanding of media planning and buying across all key media channels.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead client accounts and work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder, communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, growth mindset and problem‑solving skills.
