Matresa is building the future of preventative maternal health infrastructure, and this role sits at the heart of our growth. You will work directly with Founder & CEO Mari-Carmen Sanchez-Morris to grow Matresa’s audience, influence, and waitlist as we prepare for launch. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused growth role in an early‑stage startup.
What you will be doing:Social & Creative Execution (Primary Focus)
- Own and manage Matresa’s presence across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In
- Plan, create, film, edit, and publish high-impact short‑form content
- Lead street‑style interviews with mothers, leaders, and experts
- Develop compelling questions and capture authentic conversations
- Stay ahead of trends and test formats strategically
- Drive growth across all platforms with a clear focus on waitlist sign‑ups
- Support Linked In engagement with founders, clinicians, employers, and decision‑makers
- Constantly ask: “How does this help grow credibility and conversion?”
- Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversions
- Test messaging and formats
- Provide clear weekly reporting tied to growth and outcomes
- Reach out to maternal health experts and influencers
- Support podcast guest outreach and content repurposing
- Assist with event attendance, content capture, and follow‑up
- Provide light admin and operational support
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, grow, and build something meaningful. You may have 1–3 years’ experience in social media, marketing, content, or brand or you may have built and grown your own platform. What matters most is your energy, initiative, and willingness to take ownership.

Growth opportunity:This role begins at 2 days per week as we scale toward product launch. As Matresa grows over the next 4 months, there is clear opportunity for:
