Location: Hybrid / 1-2 days in Head Office Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Salary: £55,000 - £100,000 a year DOE
The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead our brand partnership’s function. You'll manage a team of two Affiliate Brand Managers and personally negotiate the commercial deals that power our white label clients, including Jet2, Virgin, Active Network and Fitness First plus many more.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate exclusive discounts, offers and promotional terms with brands
- Negotiate CPA and commission structures that balance client profitability with partner appeal
- Secure tenancy placements, giveaways, competitions and content deals
- Win added exposure for white label clients (homepage features, newsletters, social, bespoke content)
- Manage relationships with affiliate networks and agencies including Awin, CJ and Silverbean etc
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new brand partners
- Monitor performance, track ROI and report on commercial results to clients and senior management
- Keep up with market rates, trends and competitor activity to strengthen negotiating positions
- Lead, coach and develop two Affiliate Brand Managers, setting targets and reviewing performance
- Proven track record in affiliate or performance marketing, brand management
- Strong working relationships with networks and agencies (Awin, CJ, Silverbean or similar)
- Demonstrable experience negotiating CPA deals, discounts and tenancies
- An established network of brand and agency contacts
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
- Commercial mindset, confident with numbers, margins and ROI
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing white label or multi-client programmes
- Background in sports, travel, leisure, retail or lifestyle sectors
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools
- Improved commercial terms across client programmes
- A steady flow of new, repeat, high‑value brand partnerships
- A confident, high-performing team
- Strong, lasting relationships with networks and agencies
Salary: £55,000 - £100,000 a year DOE
Uncapped Commission Scheme:
Paid Monthly
Holiday: 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday + Christmas shutdown.
