Up to £39,000.00 pro rata depending on skills and experience

17.5 hours per week - Includes occasional weekend work

As a Staff Nurse in our Endoscopy Unit at Warwickshire Hospital, you will drive the standard in patient care. You are registered with the appropriate governing body, hold RGN or equivalent qualification, and bring the relevant qualifications and post‑registration experience. The role is based at our hospital and involves direct patient care in an endoscopy environment.

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator, and a team worker.
• Join a close‑knit team headed by the matron on a consultant‑led ward.
• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs.
• Work directly with clinical talent and gain experience of new practices, equipment, and facilities.
• Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.

• Registered Nurse with a governing body such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Hold an RGN or equivalent qualification.
• Post‑registration experience; experience in endoscopy not essential, training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work flexible hours to suit department needs.

Endoscopy procedure room plus in‑house decontamination facilities. The department operates Monday to Friday 7 am – 6 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.
