Warwickshire Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full Time | Up to £57,324 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a Ward Manager for our Hospital to help us build a healthier nation. You’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged with strong leadership skills.

• Manage the day to day running of our ward department
• Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
• Ensure we deliver excellent patient care
• Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
