Inspector (Day Shift or Monday-Thursday Night Shift)

Shift: £16.68 per hour
Night Shift (Mon-Thu): £16.68 per hour + 20% shift uplift
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Inspector to join a precision engineering team in Leamington Spa. Both Day Shift and Monday-Thursday Night Shift positions are available.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, small-batch transmission components primarily for the motor sport and aerospace sectors, with a strong emphasis on "right first time" quality.
Key
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances with confidence
Inspect components against drawings and planning route cards to the highest standards and within specified time frames
Proficient in the use of manual measuring equipment and performing table layout inspections
Confident using manual measuring equipment (e.g., verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.)
CMM programming experience (ideally Mitutoyo software) is preferred, but not essential
Proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and supporting the wider team
Flexible to assist in other manufacturing areas when required
Willing to work additional hours as needed to meet customer deadlines
