What You’ll Do

Retail Supervisor in Leamington Spa.

40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. And it can be hot in summer and cold in winter.

• Supporting – stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Muck in – check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
• Deliver great service – provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships – make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
• Build a fun working environment – maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, and make sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.

• Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience. Just be focused on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.
