As Store Manager at Ernest Jones in Leamington Spa you will be responsible for achieving the store’s targets through promoting a sales culture in store, building and inspiring a strong customer‑first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be passionate about role‑modeling your selling skills, coaching and inspiring your team through great leadership, and adopting a proactive approach to sales management.

You will also be responsible for consistent compliance with company instructions, policies and processes, and for the control of costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses for the store. You will oversee the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store.

• Achieve store KPI targets and drive commercial performance.
• Lead the store team, inspiring, coaching and developing performance.
• Set targets and analyse business data to drive results.
• Model excellent customer experience and promote product knowledge.
• Manage costs, payroll, shrinkage, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with legislative responsibilities (recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trading standards).

• Excellent track record of achieving KPI’s.
• Experience holding accountability for the commercial performance of a store.
• Experience leading store teams.
• Experience of target‑setting and interpreting business data.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team to maximise potential and performance.
