Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead top-quality customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
Salary is £13.00 per hour, with shifts that include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will drive standards, demonstrate products, and handle transactions with care.
