Full-time • £70k OTE/ £32k basic

What You'll Do- Carry out accurate property valuations
- Win new instructions through great communication
- Advise vendors on pricing and marketing
- Create strong listings with quality detail
- Keep clients updated throughout their sale
- Experience as a Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator
- Strong local market knowledge
- Confident, customer‑focused approach
- Proven ability to convert valuations
- Full UK driving licence
