A leading independent estate agency in Leamington Spa is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This role involves arranging property viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Candidates should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving license. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays included.

A competitive package of up to £30k is offered, including basic salary and incentives.
