· Office-based
Ivyline has been designing home and garden accessories from our base in Warwickshire since 1976. We're a family-run business that has grown from a small garden accessories venture into a design-led brand stocked by some of the UK's best-loved retailers, and we're looking for a Marketplace Manager to take charge of the next stage of our online growth.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of how our products reach customers online. You'll run our Amazon Vendor Central account end to end, and you'll manage the trading relationships behind our listings with retail partners including Dunelm, Wayfair, Robert Dyas, Homebase, Debenhams, John Lewis and B&Q, working closely with their buying and trading teams to grow sales, resolve issues quickly and keep our product content and availability in good shape.
Whatyou'll be doing
- Owning day-to-day management of our Amazon Vendor Central account, including forecasting, purchase orders, chargebacks and deductions, product content and retail readiness
- Managing and growing our trading relationships across our online retail and marketplace partners, and identifying new opportunities as they arise
- Keeping product listings, pricing, stock feeds and promotional activity accurate and up to date across all channels
- Reporting on sales performance by channel, spotting opportunities and risks early, and feeding insight back into the wider sales and product teams
- Working closely with our supply chain and finance teams to keep forecasting, stock availability and margin on track
- Building the processes and reporting that will let this side of the business scale as it grows
- Minimum of three years or more of experience in eCommerce, online marketplace management or retail account management
- Experience in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is a real plus, though we're happy to build that specific expertise on the job
- Comfortable talking numbers — happy digging into sales data and stock reports, and translating data into actionable sales growth tasks
- Confident communicating with retailer buying and trading teams, or keen to build that confidence quickly
- Experience in home, garden, gift or a similar consumer product category is a bonus, though not essential
- A good eye for detail both in picture form and in the written word
- Someone who is happy rolling their sleeves up in a growing business, and keen to help shape how this role develops over time
This role is based at our Warwickshire head office. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus a quarterly commission scheme based on year-on-year sales growth, healthcare and much more after a successful probational period.
