Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm (once trained, you will be required to work every other Saturday, 8.30-4pm) Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions. Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Site Checks - H&S, cleanliness, spot checks. Be the face of the company and the go to person for existing and new customers. Assist with deliveries to site This job offers a lot of variety and needs someone who is versatile in their day to day duties Customer Sales Consultant person specification:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Confident, professional and resilient approach. Be versatile to help out with deliveries/lifting where needed Driving license and own vehicle is essential as you will be required to cover ad hoc tasks in Warwick Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
