Elegant Clutter, located in Leamington Spa, is seeking an Installer/Joiner to assist with the installation of artwork for high‑end hotels and restaurants, as well as client installations across the UK and overseas. You will work as part of a team, supporting Project Managers, and will be required to use both 2D and 3D art installation techniques. The role includes training in wallpaper and vinyl installation, production support at our premises, and occasional overnight stays on site.

• Provide an expert and professional service to clients, maintaining a professional attitude.
• Follow procedures for loading and unloading vans.
• Assist with the installation of wallpaper and vinyl (training will be provided).
• Communicate with Project Managers to identify installation requirements and provide regular updates on modifications.
• Ensure all necessary tools and supplies are gathered before visiting installation sites.
• Work closely with co‑workers and Project Managers to ensure safe fixing methods are used for both 2D (framed artwork, mirrors) and 3D art (sculptural artwork, wall claddings).
• Assist with production tasks on the production premises when not on site.
• Maintain H&S standards on site and at production premises, including use of PPE, correct manual handling techniques, and safe use of equipment such as ladders and scaffolding.
