A leading total FM provider is seeking a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer to perform maintenance on commercial HVAC systems in the West Midlands/Warwickshire area. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Heating and Ventilation and at least 3 years of building maintenance experience. This position offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, and comes with benefits including a company van, generous leave, and training opportunities.
