We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Producer to join our Engineering team and help drive the development of our ambitious AAA title built in Unreal Engine 5.
Responsibilities- Partner with Engineering Leads to plan, schedule, and deliver technical roadmaps and milestones.
- Drive execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned with project goals.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and milestone forecasting.
- Track engineering deliverables, identify risks early, and drive mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
- Coordinate technical dependencies between engineering teams and wider production where required.
- Remove blockers and enable engineering teams to maintain efficient, predictable delivery.
- Improve development processes, production workflows, and Agile practices across the Engineering department.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to Engineering leadership.
- Support release planning, feature integration, and technical milestone readiness.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration throughout the Engineering organisation.
- Significant experience as a Technical Producer, Senior Technical Producer, or Technical Project Manager within AAA game development.
- Experience shipping one or more AAA console or PC titles through a full development cycle.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and game development workflows.
- Experience supporting Engineering teams developing in Unreal Engine 5 (or Unreal Engine 4 with UE5 experience preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with highly technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
