Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Leamington

Shift: Afternoon Shift - 13:00 to 21:15, Monday to Friday

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials. This role is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock handling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and storage areas.

• Stack and organize stock in accordance with warehouse layout and safety procedures.

• Support goods in/out processes, ensuring accurate and timely handling of materials.

• Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including regular housekeeping tasks.

• Conduct pre-shift safety checks on forklift and report any defects or issues.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as required, including packing, labeling, and moving stock.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift license.

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift/move heavy items as needed.
