Responsibilities- Lead and strategically direct the MBA and DBA programs ensuring academic quality, relevance and alignment with Baker College mission.
- Foster a student‑centric academic environment, mentor faculty, support assessment of curriculum, instruction and accreditation.
- Collaborate with the dean, faculty and external partners to shape curriculum, enhance faculty expertise and promote programs to prospective students and industry.
- Maintain a culture of compliance, collaboration and integrity; ensure program quality and continuous improvement.
- Ph.D. or doctoral degree in business or closely related field.
- At least three years of industry experience in business or related field; strong preference for MBA engagement and DBA instruction.
- Demonstrated research experience—required at DBA level, strongly preferred at MBA level; experience as dissertation chair or committee member for doctoral learners.
- Academic leadership background; required master’s level teaching experience; preferred doctoral‑level instruction.
- History of developing impactful college‑level curricula; familiarity with program assessment and accreditation processes.
- Proficiency with Canvas LMS, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
