Strength and Conditioning Coach

Shrine Catholic High School seeks qualified candidates for the position of Part time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Winter/ Spring  school year.

Salary commensurate with an Applicant's Experience.

• Candidates with experience in Strength and Conditioning or Assisting (5+ years) with a progression of increased responsibilities PREFERRED.

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have in-depth knowledge.
• Be experienced and proficient in teaching and developing skills and fundamentals.
• Possess strong communication, leadership, motivational and team‑building skills across the breadth of the Shrine Community.
• Be a model of sportsmanship and ethical conduct in representing Shrine Catholic High School.
• Coordinate summer camps and off‑season workouts. (Experience a Plus)
• Have strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Support the growth of the student athletes in virtue, discipleship and living the faith.

The applicant should have all of the following requirements or be willing to complete them:
Current CPR certification;
Protecting God's Children certification.
