Occupational Therapist

Advisa Care, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Home Health PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team! The selected candidate will provide exceptional occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. Advisa Care was established in 1997 and has since become a trusted name in the industry. • Conduct assessments to identify patient needs, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate patient progress
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
• Develop and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, caregiver, and physician
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to promote independence with ADL's
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care to ensure effective treatment planning

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan
• At least one year of experience in home health care setting is preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
