. This position is based at the Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy, 31157 Woodward Ave, Royal Oak.
Provides Pharmaceutical Care according to professional and departmental standards and statutory requirements. Provides safe, effective, rational, and cost‑conscious pharmacotherapeutic recommendations through medication management programs. Assists in supervising the functional activities of Pharmacy Technicians and Interns. Participates in department‑directed medication management activities consistent with Beaumont Health goals and objectives. Demonstrates good judgment and decisiveness during daily activities, maintains a working knowledge of current pharmaceutical practice, and maintains a personal commitment to professional growth.
Supports management by providing oversight, guidance, and support for all assigned areas and participates in planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Pharm.
D. in pharmacy (required). - Preferred residency training.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; experience as a clinical pharmacist or pharmacy residency/fellowship preferred.
- Clinical Pharmacist license – State of Michigan or eligible to obtain upon hire (required).
- Pharmacist Controlled Substance license – State of Michigan or eligible to obtain upon hire (required).
