Description
Position SummaryThe Implementation Specialist supports onboarding, implementation, and adoption of TRIARQ Health solutions. Partnering with Client Onboarding leadership, this role coordinates activities, advances client readiness, delivers training, and supports implementations through GoLive.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, resolves issues, and follows through with precision. This role independently owns assigned work streams within the implementation strategy set by Client Onboarding leadership. EMR, revenue cycle workflow, and training experience are required.
What Success Looks Like- Owns work streams and delivers with minimal supervision.
- Anticipates needs and proactively supports implementation and training.
- Builds strong client and cross-functional partnerships.
- Clearly communicates status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Delivers training that drives confidence and adoption.
- Manages concurrent implementations with precision and adaptability.
- Support onboarding and implementation from discovery through GoLive.
- Execute implementation plans and milestones with leadership.
- Lead discovery of workflows, requirements, and objectives.
- Coordinate Product, Support, IT, Client Success, and Revenue Cycle teams.
- Maintain project records and elevate risks, blockers, and concerns.
- Support departmental initiatives and special projects.
- Support system setup, workflow mapping, configuration, and validation.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and GoLive readiness.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate internal resolution.
- Develop knowledge of HL7, APIs, sFTP, webhooks, and related technologies.
- Deliver virtual and on-site training for clinical, administrative, and billing teams.
- Create and maintain guides and onboarding resources.
- Apply adult-learning principles to strengthen knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Evaluate effectiveness and provide post-GoLive reinforcement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years in healthcare technology, onboarding, implementation, training, or support.
- Experience with EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or related technology.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
- Knowledge of HL7, APIs, sFTP, webhooks, and healthcare integrations.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captive or similar tools.
