Description

Power Home Remodeling recognizes the impact of military service on service members and their families. Our Power Veteran’s Initiative actively recruits and trains military talent worldwide. We offer veterans and military spouses an environment of earning potential, upward mobility, and leadership development, while gaining resilient and mission-driven individuals.

Our 4-6 month program is tailored for each individual, providing access to all departments with support from Military Affairs Specialists and mentors. We aim to make this the premier Skill Bridge program nationally.

• Revenue

  High earning potential, client-facing roles in sales and marketing, with opportunities to learn the business and work with top leadership.
• Operations
  :
  Project management roles in high-performing teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Craftsman Academy
  : A specialized training program for transitioning service members to install and manage installation crews.

Compensation and Benefits

Post-program, full-time roles offer starting salaries from $50,000 to $80,000 plus sign-on bonuses. Compensation varies by department. We also provide benefits including a 401(k), health insurance, PTO, additional PTO for VA appointments, re-acclimation days, and flexible parental leave.
