CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in Royal Oak, MI

Location:
Ambulatory Surgery Center – Henry Ford Health System (Michigan)

Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing up to 90 days)

Status:
Full-time, W2 only (No locums, No 1099)

Key Requirements

  • Certification:
  • Board Certified by AANA (current or previously certified and eligible to renew)
  • Active MI Nursing License and CRNA Specialty License (in-hand)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years post-training CRNA experience (RN or clinical training not counted)
  • Not accepting new graduates
  • Other Requirements:
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID & flu (or willing before start)
  • Willing to travel to other ambulatory sites
  • Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia (IV, inhalation, regional) in outpatient surgical settings
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
  • Pre-anesthesia assessments, intraoperative management, and post-op care
  • Participate in airway management and emergency response hospital-wide
  • Precept students and mentor staff as needed
  • Maintain compliance with Henry Ford Health policies and patient safety standards

Schedule

  • Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
  • Opportunity to transition to longer shifts if desired
  • Salary: $238,368/year ($114.60/hour)
