Status: Full-Time (38 hours/week)
Reports To: Sales/Team Manager
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sundays & Mondays off)

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the Bravo leadership team, supporting daily store operations, team performance, and—most importantly—client relationship building. This is an entry-level leadership role, ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is ready to step into a customer-facing, service-driven management position with opportunity for growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Clienting & Service
- Build ongoing relationships with clients through follow-up and personal outreach

- Assist in bra and swimwear fittings (training provided)
- Maintain high service standards and support a welcoming, body-positive environment
- Respond to client needs with professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge

Sales Support
- Assist with in-store sales transactions and client recommendations
- Drive engagement through strong service and product knowledge
- Support special orders, pickup scheduling, and hold requests
- Provide support during events, brand fittings, and promotional days

Leadership & Team Support
- Support store opening/closing procedures
- Assist in guiding team members and modeling strong service behaviors
- Maintain a calm, proactive presence during high-traffic days

- Collaborate with the Sales/Team Manager to support daily store goals

Brand Standards & Operations
- Uphold Bravo’s merchandising and presentation standards
- Keep fitting rooms and front counters clean and welcoming
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in training opportunities
- Share customer feedback and insight with the Sales/Team Manager

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Body-positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor

- Salary + Bonus: $40,500–$43,000 (based on experience)
