Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & MarketingThe AGM of Sales & Marketing plays a critical leadership role in driving studio revenue, membership growth, and front-desk team performance. This is a full-time, exempt position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered, goal-oriented environment.
The AGM of Sales & Marketing will be primarily responsible for achieving monthly membership and revenue targets, coaching Wellness Advisors on best-in-class sales practices, and ensuring every member and guest has an exceptional experience.
Compensation- Full Time, Exempt Base Salary (commensurate with experience) $43,000-$48,000
- Possible Annual Salary Range with bonus incentives $55,000 - $72,000

Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive monthly sales to meet and exceed revenue and new membership goals.
- Lead by example — confidently sell memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Follow up on leads promptly through calls, texts, emails, and in-person connections.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring all prospects receive a world-class experience.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and conversion rates to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the Owner to create innovative sales campaigns and limited-time promotions.
- Build and maintain strong community relationships through local partnerships, events, and collaborations.
- Represent Yoga Six at local festivals, events, and pop-ups to grow awareness and capture leads.
- Manage lead generation activities and track their success using clear ROI measures.
- Support the development of referral and ambassador programs to expand our reach.
- Support the General Manager by overseeing front desk operations and ensuring accurate work done by the studio Wellness Advisors
- Assist with onboarding and training of Wellness Advisors to ensure consistent brand and sales standards.
- Help maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for all members.
- Proven sales experience in fitness, retail, or membership-based business (yoga/boutique fitness preferred).
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to motivate both self and team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warm, confident, and authentic.
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs to track sales performance.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Creative thinker who loves connecting with the community and building lasting relationships.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
