The Swim Instructor([]) provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes.

$300 Signing Bonus!

• Instructs swimming lessons and prepares lesson(intentional?) plans according to YMCA.
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with parents and students to connect and inform parents of each other and student’s accomplishments.
• Conveys information on aquatics programs and schedules and refers students any parents to other programs.
• Maintains records and attends meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ability to instruct and observe participants in proper stroke techniques.
• Ability to lift equipment, and to lift a small to average size child.
