A highly regarded and growing Chartered Accountancy Practice near Tunbridge Wells is looking to appoint a NEW Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious practice professional seeking the next step up the ladder within a friendly, welcoming and forward-thinking firm. Created as a result of continued business growth, this newly established position offers clear progression opportunities, including a potential route to Senior Manager for the right individual.

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients
• Review and oversee the preparation of statutory year-end accounts
• Review corporation tax returns and provide corporation tax advice where appropriate
• Review personal tax returns for a range of individuals and directors
• Review VAT returns and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Review bookkeeping work completed for owner-managed businesses
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
• Support, mentor and review the work of junior and semi-senior team members
• Identify opportunities to add value and provide proactive advice to clients

A successful candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ATT and/or CTA) and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience within UK Accountancy Practice. You must live within a 45 minute commute of Tunbridge Wells.

Salary is competitive & dependent on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Up to £14.79 per hour + Plus Holiday Accrual
