NFP is seeking a Customer Services Executive to support the Pensions team in the UK and Ireland. You will deliver high standards of pension administration for clients, update procedures, and assist with training for new and existing staff.
You will manage day-to-day admin for client pension schemes, perform data validation, and conduct auto-enrolment assessments, while maintaining SLAs and seeking opportunities for additional services.
