Sales Development Representative

We’re growing our Patient Concierge team and are looking for an additional Patient Concierge to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, is confident on the phone and has a strong interest in cosmetic surgery and aesthetics.

Our Patient Concierge team are the first point of contact for many of our patients, managing new enquiries and helping patients through the early stages of their journey with Bella Vou.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Responding to new enquiries by phone, Whats App, email and social media
• Speaking with new and existing patients and booking consultations
• Following up with leads and helping patients take the next step
• Setting up online consultations
• Managing inbound calls and enquiries
• Providing a high level of patient care and communication throughout the enquiry process

We receive a high volume of new enquiries, so being confident, organised and comfortable working at pace is really important.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent telephone and communication skills
• Enjoys speaking to people and building rapport
• Is confident, motivated and driven
• Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Has strong written English
• Is comfortable using different computer systems and quick to learn new ones
• Has an interest in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics and the patient journey
• Has previous sales, customer service or telephone-based experience

Experience with in cosmetic surgery or aesthetics is not essential as full training will be provided, but a genuine interest in the industry is important.

£24,000–£28,000 basic salary + £10,000 performance bonus

OTE £34,000–£38,000

Full-time, permanent position based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, averaging 42.5 hours per week across a shift pattern.
